edification, exhortation and consolation 1 Cor. 14:3

Dear friends,
I’ve been blogging since 2007 and am now, after 700 posts and these many years, being led to end my Witnessing Encouragement blog. The content shall remain up though.

The Called Out: Now What? blog will remain active for continued future posting. The Called Out blog is a collection site of testimonies and articles written by others (moderated by myself).  I have written at WitnessingEncouragement all that I was led to write on this blog. I’ve done what He has wanted me to do here.

I am not done speaking. I desire to share and continue to speak and fellowship with you, in private on Facebook, and via email. I’m inviting all my regular readers at Witnessing Encouragement to keep contact  via those venues. Find and request me on Facebook, “Loretta Heiden” of the San Francisco Bay Area. If you read this and want to be added to my private email contacts, please leave a comment in the comments here, with your name, and I’ll automatically see your email in the comment moderation page. Thanks for all your encouragement and support!

I hope to contact you, on an as needed basis in the future, via private email for the same purpose of fellowship, encouragement and “for edification, exhortation and consolation 1 Cor. 14:3”

Thank you for almost 10  years of blogging fellowship, edification and love. You all mean so much to me and I love you all. I hope I have been some encouragement or blessing to your walk, here on this blog.

“What shall I profit you, unless I speak to you either by way of revelation or of knowledge or of prophecy or of teaching?” 1Cor. 14:6

Keep speaking, to those you are led to speak to, the things He tells you to speak, and do all that He tells you to do.

God bless you all in the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

with love in Christ,

Announcement: Currently blogging at Glory to Christ my King

out of the F.O.G.

Today in Neo-Evangelical American Church, many folks will dine on sickening poisonous subtle or blatant comments from the pulpit about fear of Muslims, obligation to ‘take back America’ and guilt for not participating in politics or war and killing (“if necessary!”). But you are no longer in the F.O.G., you are in the clear blue sky sunshine fresh green grass meadows, feeding on real food provided by your real Shepherd. And you are thriving!

Flag Day

…Jesus, crowned with glory and honor…

I will not fly, honor or pledge to the American flag for the same reason I will not honor or pledge to the Grand Union Flag, or the English flag (Red Cross of Constantine/Knights Templar/Knights of Malta and the Crusaders), or the British East India Company Flag  or the Honorable East India Company Flag or the Worshipful Company of Mercers, or the Aragon Templars (or all other such societies), or the “astral gods” of ancient Babylon, Egypt and Rome, or the Rothschild symbol (red shield, = star of Reprham/Moloch), or to the Families and Ecclesiastical-Military-Political Dominionist Powers behind all these.

If and when the global Manifest Destiny, fake Israel/”divine right of kings” powers of “this world” set up their long desired, rebuilt Jerusalem temple (of Solomon) to self, greed, pride, that they may glory openly in ruling the entire world, what flag will fly there?

What will the symbolism be on this flag? A flag will be hoisted, and, just as in Daniel chapter 3, there will be the call to honor this temple and the “image” it symbolizes.

On that day, I will not honor that “image”, the temple, nor it’s flag.

Unwittingly putting self at the center

Ian Vincent

The trap the “mystics” fell into was they made their personal experience with God the ultimate goal of their life, and hence, unwittingly, put self at the center and became self-serving. Many modern charismatics have fallen into the same deception.

Perhaps some would be shocked to learn that spiritual experiences, though important, are not the ultimate goal of the Christian life. To love and glorify God, to know Him by faith, and to do His will is the ultimate goal: something for Him, not something for me: THIS is the ultimate goal.

my neighbor

All who came before Me are thieves and robbers ..John10

A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. Luke10

Now by chance a priest was going down that road, and when he saw him he passed by on the other side. So likewise a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. Luke10

Two weeks later, I am still blown away and pondering the profound pain-filled statements made to me by a very dear friend, relating the emotional pain and suffering she has been struggling with because of experiencing spiritual abuse and shunning. This post is for all my friends (you know who you are) who have experienced social-relational abuse, spiritual abuse, Church System abuse, narcissist psychopath abuse, family emotional abuse, workplace bully abuse, and institutional shunning.

When friends and “neighbors” hurt and are in emotional pain and agony and confusion because of these things, it is LOVE that is concerned, that has empathy, that has compassion, for the person who was beat up, bleeding and left for half dead on the road, while the priests & Levites pass by to the other side. Yes, Jesus is judging those who were “not a neighbor” to that beat up person. He has love for the beaten, the robbed, the injured, the neglected and the shunned. This is love. It is awkward, messy work, this love. There’s blood, tears and bruised and torn flesh everywhere. Jesus cares for these hurting neighbors among us. Who is my neighbor? The injured one who has been abused by the “thieves and robbers” and shunned by the “priests”.  Who is a neighbor to the hurting abuse victim? The one who shows mercy to him.

Resurrection Power of Jesus Christ

He will revive us after two days, He will raise us up on the third day! Hosea

Resurrection Power of Jesus Christ

Religion killed me.
By the power of God, He raised me from the dead, with Christ, on the third day. It is the power of God that brings salvation.

“You know of Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power, and how He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.” Acts 10

Christian Religions completely leave out the “with power” part. They told us that we receive the Holy Spirit when we are born again (that is what they taught me) but never a word about THE POWER. Never a demonstration of it either. God anoints His witnesses WITH POWER, spiritual power, to be spiritually alive AND to be dead to sin and religion in the resurrection power of Jesus Christ.

God raised Him up on the third day and caused Him to be seen. Acts10.

But…not seen by all the people, but seen by us, His witnesses….we who ate and drank with Him after He rose from the dead.

We are His witnesses… if …we have been with Jesus, if we ate and drank with Him (have had intimate fellowship with Him) after He rose from the dead.

Once the 2 witnesses have finished their testimony, and have been killed by those who despise them and hate their message, and are gloating amongst themselves, celebrating in the streets & giving gifts to each other… and the 2 witnesses have been risen and the Spirit of Life from God has entered them, and everyone watching is struck with fear, and they hear the voice of their God, and they brought up to the heavenlies (while their enemies watch)……….

then, their witness (to those people) is done.

The Kingdom of God does not consist in———-

Church attendance, the song service, “showing up to the service”, Church traditions, Church socializing, listening to the sermon, studying systematic theology, debating, learning doctrines, getting a Theology degree, hearing or saying much talk or many “words” (the words may or may not be true, but “words” in and of themselves are not the Kingdom)…………….(etc)…….

but in POWER.

2 harlots

‘I SIT as A QUEEN AND I AM NOT A WIDOW, and will never see mourning.’  Rev.18:7

1. Jesus redeems, purifies and gives Life to the poor-in-spirit harlot on the street corner who repents.

“Your sins are forgiven. Go and sin no more”, He says to her. She receives His love, becomes His friend, and obeys and follows Him with faith, tears of repentance, much rejoicing, in humble obedience with holy and undivided love for Him.

2. Jesus warns and then judges the Haughty

Harlot on the corner of Church & Main St. who does not repent.

“I have other lovers”, She says. “I love Balaam’s teaching, I love Jezebels, I love those Nicolaitans; they’re all a benefit to me. I love spiritual adultery (it’s fun and profitable!), I love the world, I love myself, I have a name that I am alive, (I love my name I gave myself, I love my reputation, my fame), I love to flaunt my stuff. I have power, I get to influence and help the world rulers, I am successful, I love being lukewarm, I am rich, and am wealthy and have need of nothing. I love to commit fornication with the kings of the earth. I get to show up at all the important events, dressed to kill, and hobnob with the important people! I love to ride that Beast. I am dressed so fine with gold, jewels and colorful fabrics. I welcome demons and unclean spirits and hateful birds to come dwell in me. I invite everyone and everything to come in to ME. I love to glorify myself and live sensuously. I love to get drunk on the blood of the saints and witnesses of Jesus. I have arrived! I help rule the earth! I sit as a Queen! I am sure I will n e v e r s e e m o u r n i n g! I, I, I, i, i……i…………….i………………….”

Believing and obeying Jesus

“You are My friends if you do what I command you.” John15

Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. Rev14

War, killing and the one world religion for world peace.

Satan is the ‘master-mind’ behind the powers that be (people) who are working against Christ. They have assigned the players and created the conflict. They are programming the masses in how they should believe about it all, and what the solutions to the conflicts should be. But we are not listening to their lies or instructions.

We have the mind OF CHRIST.

The people behind these events (what is happening now in the geo-political-religious-foreign-international realm) are working to get the American public in general but Christians especially to respond in certain ways:

1. Hate and fear the Muslims /Arabs/Egyptians/Persians, and want to go to war and blow them away (kill them with weapons) and “let god sort em out”.

2. Become so frustrated and discouraged with religious conflict and war that they eventually agree to the planned spiritual synthesis: an enforced satanic antichrist law-based one world religion for “permanent world peace”.

This is all satan’s work. How do we respond? We listen to Jesus and follow HIM, and do what HE tells us. Not to the god of this world, who is telling lies and telling you to do the exact opposite of what Jesus Christ said. Satan speaks across the airwaves on internet, TV, radio and yes, even Churches and Christian books and Christian conferences and Christian talk radio stations.

Here are basic instructions to us all, from the scriptures. See Him for your own personal instructions.

1. We obey Jesus Christ. We love the Muslims and ALL the peoples (ethnic groups) of the world. We love our neighbor, as we love ourselves. We love our enemies, those who hate us. We are merciful to them, as God showed us mercy. We love them as God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son… we bless those who curse us, we forgive those who kill us. Though 1000s fall beside us to believing the lie that they should go to war and kill “the enemy”, we as His witnesses, remain in the truth, have love for those who hate us, and we bring the gospel to them. In love and faith and obedience to Christ. In love and obedience we entrust our souls to our faithful Creator in faithfully obeying Jesus, whatever the repercussions.

2. We believe Jesus Christ, that Jesus is the way, the truth, the life, that no man comes to the Father, but by Him. We remain in the truth with simple childlike faith in Jesus Christ. Though 1000s fall beside us into the lie of global, law based, merciless, “rule of god” style, faux-moral, final solution, Jesus Christ-less spiritual global oneness. In love and faith and we entrust our souls to our faithful Creator in faithfully believing Jesus, whatever the results.

“If we let Him go on like this, all men will believe in Him, and the Romans will come and take away both our place and our nation.”~spoken by men who wanted to save their lives. John 11:48

“Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.” Luke 17:33

“Not my will but Thine be done.” Luke 22:42

Monumental movie, pt.1
This message is a response to the video trailers for Monumental, and Cameron’s interview on the Glenn Beck show.

“I have kids in this world… and I WANT a great future for them.” ~ Kirk Cameron.

God does not want us to seek what “I want”. He does not want us to seek to save our lives; He calls us to lose our lives for His sake. We are not to seek our safety and security in this world, but only in Him. He does not want us to have one foot in the Kingdom of God and one foot in the kingdoms of this world.  He does not want us to mix the Kingdom of God with the kingdoms of this world to solve national or global problems. He does not want us to operate out of fear. He does not want us to fear what man can do but to fear Him only– and entrust ourselves to Him like Jesus did. He does not call us to try to save this nation or this world but to go into all the world as His witnesses. He came to seek and save the lost. He does not want us to seek to preserve our life but to deny ourselves and die to self, like Jesus did. He does not want us to demand what “I WANT”. He wants us to be like Jesus: “Not my will but Thine be done.” Jesus did not fight for His rights. He did not fight for His country. He did not fight to secure a “great future” (physically, culturally, socially, politically, aesthetically) for His disciples. It was the Pharisees who fought to keep their place (their proud positions of religious prominence and agreement with the Roman government; their comfortable life) and their nation (their “freedom”, their safety and standing in their political geographical country)– that was their allegiance. But Jesus’ allegiance was to Truth, and to do His Father’s will. The Pharisees fought and killed the opposition, which was Jesus. Jesus fought His will and denied Himself and killed His flesh (in His temptations to sin) by the POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. He put to death His flesh (His will) and He submitted Himself, trusting Himself to His Father in heaven.

God does not want us to gain the whole world and lose our own soul, due to the sins of idolatry and believing the lie. He does not want us to seek success and solutions to national problems, He wants us to seek HIM. He did not come to impose by force, His Kingship upon the nation or the world. He came to bring His Kingship rule and reign to the hearts of His people: individual disciples that He calls OUT of the world, to follow Him. He did not enforce the Dominion rule of the Law of God over society to secure “peace and safety and liberty”. He didn’t fight to keep Church and State married together or separate. He did not work to elect “godly candidates”. He did not rally the people to fight for national “liberty and morality”. He didn’t fight to impose the moral Law of God upon society. He did not fight to keep a place of position on this earth or a security and success in the worldly corrupt political nation he lived in. Jesus continually denied Himself the “I WANT.” He lived to do His Father’s will, not His own “wants”. He did not try to save His life. He humbled Himself to do the Father’s will. He entrusted Himself to His Father. He overcame His will, His flesh, His temptations, His self, in all humility, to the point of death. He did this not through the power of the flesh, the power of the will, or the power of political and religious empires. No He did this in the power of the Holy Spirit of God.

For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. Matt24:5

I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. John5:43

Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 2Thes2:4

Substitutes for Jesus within Christianity are many. The Pastor. The Church. The Government. The nation. The political party. The Bible Study. The Study Bible notes. The Theological Systems named after men. The hope of a Christian Theologically Reconstructionist America. Church Rules and traditions. Movements. The culture. The Institutions. The Group. Self. One of the most popular substitutes for Jesus among Christians is the political nation, the State of Israel. It is offered up in the Church as a substitute christ for devotion.  Allegiance, love, reverence, awe and worship are redirected away from the true Savior, and given to a substitute.
