If it dies

“Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit. John 12:24

“Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies……….

it’s hard to fall to the ground and die if :
you are busy climbing the ecclesiastical ladder,
having your best life now, promoting your self, building your kingdom, vying for the best seats in the house, trying to preserve your life, seeking earthly power, seeking money, seeking ecclesiastical authoritarian power over others, seeking a “name” (fame, admiration), seeking marriage with the State, supporting wars, killing the heathen in foreign wars (women and babies too), conquering their lands, fighting to ‘take America back for God’, fighting to preserve your culture, working to procure a great future for your kids (culturally & politically in this world), striving to achieve religious global Dominionism, trying to defend a fleshly earthly political Israel, promoting a flesh ethnic group, cheering for your Church, gossiping at Church, being religious, practicing Roman/Jewish/Babylonian traditions, practicing paganism, participating in political & culture war demonstrations, compromising & cooperating with the kingdoms of this world, making oaths to Rome and Caesar, quieting your witness for fear of man, trying to win the argument, violently debating doctrines, hating & cursing your enemies, proudly boasting of your accomplishments/possessions/theological correctness, disregarding neighbors, the weak, sick, hurting, brokenhearted, imprisoned, lowly, poor, widows, orphans…..and busy burning those stubborn ‘heretics’!

………………………………………..it remains alone; but IF IT DIES, it bears much fruit.”
